Featured Nintendo Aiming To Sell 16.7 Million Switch Units By March 2018 According To Latest Financial Report Advertisement Nintendo has shared their latest financial report and results which shows that there are forecast modifications. Let’s take a look at the forecast modifications first. The forecast modifications were influenced by the sales made in the third quarter this year (April – September 2017) as well as the revised assume exchange rate (from 115 yen to 125 yen per euro).Advertisement The numbers above show consolidated sales units, number of new titles and sales units forecast. By the end of the fiscal year, which ends in March 2018, Nintendo is planning to sell 16.7 million units of the Nintendo Switch console and 55.46 million Switch games. So far Nintendo has sold 2.92 consoles and 13.9 million games from July to September largely thanks to the huge success of Splatoon (3.61 million units worldwide) and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. In the period between July and September Nintendo has reported a net profit of 30.2 billion Yen.
