Sony Has Now Sold over 10 Million PSVR Compatible Games

Andrew House President of Sony Interactive Entertainment has confirmed that VR compatible games have now sold over 10 million units in an interview for Saneki.

The PlayStation VR was released last October and in almost a year we have seen 10 million VR compatible games being sold worldwide. Mr. Haus stated that the company’s goal is to increase those sales even more and to continue producing more and more compatible content for the players.

So far, VR games were produced by Indie companies but House thinks that it’s time to go big with Virtual Reality. He sees VR movies and VR music videos as the next big step, alongside games developed by bigger studios. He also mentioned that he is aware of the supply shortage in Japan and that Sony is working no that.
